Bad luck with family

Ok on my mom's side my uncle is dead. Now my uncle kids are being a pain in the ass. I don't know how to explain this but they are milking money out of us. Everyone is fighting and people are making threats. It is crazy. Now on my dad side my other uncle is sick but he will not die. We have to take care of his house and it is the dirtiest house I ever seen. My aunt is putting all the work on my dad and only my dad but their are kids that are living over there but can't clean? So how do I deal with all this?
